摘 要

夾具是機(jī)械制造過程中用來固定加工對象,使之占有正確的位置,以接受施工或檢測的裝置。又稱卡具。從廣義上說,在工藝過程中的任何工序,用來迅速、方便、安全地安裝工件的裝置,都可稱為夾具。隨著我國現(xiàn)代工業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,對機(jī)械傳動(dòng)裝置的技術(shù)性能和經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)提出了越來越高的要求,普通夾具應(yīng)用和傳統(tǒng)夾具設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)代工業(yè)大批量高效生產(chǎn)的需要,所以新型工藝流程和專用夾具設(shè)計(jì)是機(jī)械行業(yè)中重要的課題之一。
