300KW型彈簧圓錐破碎機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)
摘要：本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要完成對(duì)300KW彈簧圓錐破碎機(jī)的部分結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和完善。首先對(duì)彈簧圓錐破碎機(jī)做了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹；接著分析了彈簧圓錐破碎機(jī)選型原則及計(jì)算方法；然后根據(jù)這些設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則與計(jì)算選型方法按照給定參數(shù)要求進(jìn)行選型設(shè)計(jì)；接著對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的裝配機(jī)各主要零部件進(jìn)行了校核。彈簧圓錐破碎機(jī)由六個(gè)主要部件組成：機(jī)架部分、傳動(dòng)軸部分、球面軸承部分、動(dòng)錐部分、調(diào)整環(huán)部分。最后，提出了彈簧圓錐破碎機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)過程中存在的不足，以便于今后設(shè)計(jì)的改進(jìn)。本次彈簧圓錐破碎機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)代表了設(shè)計(jì)的一般過程，對(duì)今后的選型設(shè)計(jì)工作有一定的參考價(jià)值。

Structure Design of 300KW Spring Cone Crusher
Abstract: The graduation project is mainly to complete the design and improvement of 300KW spring cone crusher part of the structure. Firstly, spring cone crusher machine is introduced. Secondly, the spring cone crusher automated assembly machine selection principle and method of calculation are analyzed. Then according to these design principles and calculation methods in accordance with the requirements of the given parameters of type design. Then on the design of the major components assembly machine was checked. Spring cone crusher consists of six major components: frame part, drive shaft parts, spherical bearing parts, moving cone section, part of the adjustment ring. Finally, the lack of spring cone crusher design process exists to facilitate future design improvements. The spring cone crusher design represents the general process of designed, selection of design work for the future has a certain reference value.
