600X900復擺顎式破碎機設計
摘要:國內使用的顎式破碎機類型很多, 復擺顎式破碎基結構簡單,制造容易、工作可靠、使用維修方便,所以常見的還是傳統的復擺顎式破碎機。本畢業設計主要是為滿足生產需求出料口尺寸:100~200mm;進料塊最大尺寸:510mm;產量:75~150噸/小時而研究的。根據以上要求我設計了復擺顎式破碎機(PEF600X900)。設計分析了顎式破碎機的發展現狀和研究顎式破碎機的意義及復擺顎式破碎機機構尺寸對破碎性能的影響,計算確定了PEF600X900的設計參數。設計內容主要包括了復擺顎式破碎機的動顎、偏心軸、皮帶輪、地基、動顎齒板、機架等一些重要部件;另外對顎式破碎機的工作原理及特點和主要部件作了介紹,包括保險裝置、調整裝置、機架結構、潤滑裝置等;同時對機器參數(主軸轉速、生產能力、破碎力、功率等)作了計算以及對偏心軸作了設計。此外也簡單介紹了破碎的意義、破碎工藝和破碎比的計算,顎式破碎機的主要部件的安裝、顎式破碎機的操作及維修等。

Abstract:There are many type of jaw crusher used in our country, Compound pendulum jaw crusher structure is simple, easy to manufacture, reliable, convenient use of maintenance , so jaw crusher is used very common. This graduation project mainly is for meets the production need: Discharge hole size: 100~200mm; Feeding block greatest size:510mm ; Output: 75~1500t/h. According to above requested ,we designed the duplicate pendulum jaw crusher (PEF600X900) . Project analysis jaw crusher's development present situation and the significance of research in jaw crusher and the influence of breaker’s performance about duplicate pendulum jaw crusher organization size, has determined the PEF600X900 design variable through the computation. The content of this design totally include jaw crusher’s move jaw, eccentric shaft, belt pulley, ground , toothed rack of move jaw, rack and some important components; in other we introduced the principle of jaw crusher , Features of jaw crusher and important components, included insurance unit , adjustment unit, rack structure ,lubrication unit and so on. At the same time, we computed parameter of the machine (the speed of main axle, Productivity, the strength of stave power and so on ) and designed the eccentric shaf . Further more, we simply introduced the significance of stave ,stave technology and the computation of stave strength , Installation of the main components in jaw crusher , the operation and maintenance of jaw crusher and so on.
