摘 要
攪拌設(shè)備使用歷史悠久,應(yīng)用范圍廣,大量應(yīng)用于化工、石化、輕工、醫(yī)藥、食品、采礦、造紙、冶金等行業(yè)中。攪拌設(shè)備可以從各種不同角度進(jìn)行分類,如按照攪拌裝置的安裝形式簡(jiǎn)單分為立式和臥式,其中臥式主要是指攪拌容器軸線與攪拌器回轉(zhuǎn)軸線都處于水平位置。
本課題在國內(nèi)外攪拌器的研究與發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了一種新的帶有攪拌和振動(dòng)排料功能的臥式攪拌器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案以進(jìn)行用于食品工業(yè)的面粉攪拌操作。該臥式攪拌器具有兩條傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),第一條主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)采用V帶和齒輪傳動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)攪拌操作,第二條傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)采用多楔帶和凸輪組合傳動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)攪拌箱體的振動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng)。
本文對(duì)臥式攪拌器的基本結(jié)構(gòu)、基本尺寸進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),并利用PRO/ENGINEER對(duì)攪拌器結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行三維建模和運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真,以便更直觀地展現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)思想和進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)分析;然后,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)零件進(jìn)行了分析校核,保證攪拌器的可靠運(yùn)行。

ABSTRACT
Mixing equipment has been used long time ago, and applied widely in the traditional processing industry such as chemical, petrochemical, light industry, medical industry, food, mining, papermaking, metallurgy and so on. Mixing equipment can be classified by many means. Horizontal type and vertical type can be classified according to the shaft seal's fixing method. Of the two type, the horizontal type means both the tank's axes and the shaft's spin axis are horizontal.
A new mixing equipment with the function of mixing and vibration. was designed in this paper on the basis of mixing equipment research home and abroad. It will be used in the flour mixing of food processing industry. This design has two transmission system. The one is comprised of belt pulley and gear to achieve the function of mixing, the other is comprised of belt pulley and cam to achieve the function of vibration.
The overall design of the mixing equipment's basic structure and its basic dimensions were presented, and in order to unfold the concept of design and analysis later, three-dimensional modeling was made by the software of PRO/ENGINEER, Then, the analysis examination to the design proposal was presented to guarantee mixing equipment's reliability.
