液壓剪板機全套畢業設計
摘要
近年來工業技術的高速發展,促使鋼鐵行業中剪板機的應用非常廣泛,本文通過分析現狀和實地考察,選擇了優勢比較大的閘式剪板機作為研究對象,設計了一種對稱傳動的剪板機,沖剪力為12噸,滑塊的行程為22mm,每分鐘剪切10次。由電動機提供動力,經過一級帶傳動和二級齒輪傳動減速。設計中采用的執行機構為對心曲柄滑塊機構,這一機構將剪板機傳動系統的旋轉運動轉變為滑塊的往復直線運動,實現對板料的剪切。曲柄滑塊機構具有結構簡單、加工容易、維修方便、經濟實用的優點,在機械設備中應用廣泛。在設計過程中,通過對各種剪板機的性能,實用性、經濟的對比體現了閘式剪板機的優點,完成了傳動機構的設計,剪切力的計算,強度,剛度的校核。
