內(nèi)容提要
水管聯(lián)接壓蓋是用級(jí)進(jìn)模生產(chǎn)的機(jī)械產(chǎn)品,采用雙側(cè)刃定距、彈壓卸料、自然落料多工位連續(xù)沖載所得。
本模具結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):
(1) 下模固定板具有高精度、長(zhǎng)壽命:下模固定板與凸模固定板一樣,選用淬透性好、淬火變形小的合金模具鋼材料,熱處理達(dá)HRC50—55,線切割加工,以保證下模固定板的高精度和長(zhǎng)壽命。
(2) 快速更換沖裁凹模鑲塊:更換凹模時(shí),用一個(gè)銷(xiāo)釘從下模墊板的廢料落孔將凹模鑲塊從固定板內(nèi)頂出,不必拆卸聯(lián)接固定板的螺釘和銷(xiāo)釘,有時(shí)還無(wú)需將模具從高速?zèng)_床上卸下,因此更換凹模速度快,而且可保證模具的重復(fù)裝配精度,提高模具的使用壽命。

(2) Change the concave model of blanking and inlay one quickly: while changing the concave mould, fall with one pin from die mould waste material of backing board hole inlay carry out, produce from the retainer plate concave mould, needn't dismantle screw and pin。Sometimes there is no need to unload the mould from high-speed puncher sometimes, so it is fast to change the concave mould, and can guarantee the repeated assembly precision of the mould, improve the use of the service life of the mould.
