摘 要
我國的塑料成型模具設(shè)計,制作技術(shù)比較晚,整體水平還比較低。目前單型腔、簡單型腔的模具達70%以上,仍占主導(dǎo)地位。該設(shè)計,通過對多種相似塑件的模具結(jié)構(gòu)參考,設(shè)計出了該塑件(齒輪聯(lián)軸器)的一模四腔的平衡式布置的模具。采用兩瓣合模側(cè)向分型機構(gòu),與塑尖的推出同時進行;采用了組合式型芯、型腔,使加工工藝簡化、可行。

Abstract
In our country, because of the late of manufacture beginning the totality standard of mold design is very low about the plastics of taking shape. Nowadays, the proportion of odd casement, simple casement mold is over 70percent which is still dominant. By reference of some mold structure of resemble plastics product, I had adapted to two modules structure which has been used in separate of side direction. Meanwhile, the push of plastics product is moving. In addition, because I had adapted to composed axle and casement, the process planning is becoming simple and feasible.
